Preview Active 40+ (40 years old and over)
– Full Access to Club amenities
– Dues (good thru – 3/31/26)
– $3,500 – payable in full upon acceptance of application
OR
– $1,000 – payable in full upon acceptance of application and then $225/month for
the first 12 months
– Spousal golf privileges can be added for $250 per year.
– Student golfers can be added for $70 (16 & under), $150 (17-22) per year.
– Food & Beverage Minimum – You have the following options to choose from –
10 month plan – $100.00/month
9 month plan – $116.67/month
8 month plan – $137.50/month
7 month plan – $164.29/month
6 month Plan – $200.00/month
Preview Intermediate u40 (39 years old and under)
– Full Access to Club amenities
– Dues (good thru – 3/31/26)
– $2,500 – payable in full upon acceptance of application
OR
– $750 – payable in full upon acceptance of application and then $160/month for
the first 12 months
– Spousal golf privileges can be added for $250 per year.
– Student golfers can be added for $70 (16 & under) or $150 (17-22) per year.
– No Food & beverage Minimum during 2024.
– Food & Beverage Minimum (2nd full year) – You have the following options to choose from –
10 month plan – $75.00/month
9 month plan – $88.89/month
8 month plan – $106.25/month
7 month plan – $128.57/month
6 month plan – $150.00/month
At the end of the preview period, you can choose which permanent membership classification you wish to join, and pay the applicable initiation fee and dues.
